Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts originally received.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued products.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, we will contact you to arrange the applicable refund for your cash-on-delivery order.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
In such cases, Manarazone will cover replacement or return shipping costs when applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
